DESIGN TIME

Each board is custom-made for its rider. There are no limits- any design or idea is possible!

HAND- SHAPING

Once we decide on a design, hand-shaping begins. This process takes up to 1 week.

GLASS 'ER UP

After shaping, your board goes off to the glasser to be painted, glassed, and polished to perfection.

GO SHRED

When your board is done, you're ready to go enjoy some waves!

MEET THE SHAPER

Owner/shaper, Jason Meyer, created Quiver Concepts after being unable to find the unique boards that he envisioned and wanted a way to bring them to life. Growing up in Wilmington, NC, Meyer was always on the water; surfing, fishing, wakeboarding, kayaking, or finding ways to do anything that involved the ocean.

With his fascination with board design, he was inspired to pick up a planer and start shaping. After shaping his first board with the guidance of Dave Yearwood, Meyer was hooked and Quiver Concepts was born. Meyer focuses on making sure you have the right board in your quiver for every condition. By working with you one-on-one every step of the way, he brings your custom board ideas to life. Out-of-the-box ideas, suggestions, and setups are always encouraged.

MISSION STATEMENT

I created Quiver Concepts to provide surfers of all skill levels the opportunity to buy an affordable, completely custom surfboard to spread the stoke. My boards are created with 20+ years of surf knowledge to maximize fun for each rider. Each board is hand-crafted with quality materials and custom designed to last in a variety of conditions to reduce waste.

It is important to me to consider my community and the environment when making these boards, so I reduce, reuse, and recycle as many materials as I can. I use local resources and materials to support my local community and donate a portion of each board to offset my carbon footprint.
